TIND Asset Management is seeking an Investigative Researcher to join our team. We manage the TIND Discovery Fund, a high-conviction portfolio of small- and mid-cap investments across the Nordics. Our investment process is based on in-depth, fundamental research, and we only invest when we have an information edge—either through deeper knowledge or a non-consensus view on a company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth investigations to uncover critical information on companies within our portfolio and potential new investments.
• Develop and maintain a network of sources to gather exclusive information and insights.
• Collect and analyse complex data, including company reports, documents, databases, and interviews, to produce fact-checked, actionable intelligence.
• Prepare and maintain investment documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in economics, finance, IT, engineering, journalism or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years working experience.
• Strong research skills with exceptional attention to details.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.

Work Environment and Hours

This position is based in our Oslo office at Fridtjof Nansens Plass 5. While our standard working hours align with industry norms, there may be occasions that require flexibility to address specific market events or special projects. The role offers a high degree of flexibility, and we encourage creativity and initiative to foster a dynamic and engaging work atmosphere.
